Book the Beach

Rules of Booking the beach:

1. First to schedule gets the slot.

2. Only homeowners can reserve the beach and must be present for the duration of the party.

3. Only 1 booking per weekend.

4. Reservation acknowledge must be signed electronically to party date.

5. Payment must be received no later than 2 week prior to party to secure your spot.

6. (21 - 50) guests is a cost of $50.00

7. (50 - 99) guests cost $100.00

8. (100+) guests party subject to board approval and fee to be determined.

9. Any party above 75, must rent an additional porta-potty.

10. Bring Garbage bags and haul out your garbage.

11. All guests must follow the rules of the beach. Please keep guests off the fingers of the docks when playing.

12. If you are going to be needing power or want to use the grill area, please contact the board president to discuss.

13. All reserved parties are to be on the designated East side of the beach.
